No. BaumaScan captures visible surfaces. To refer back to pipes and installations later, scan them before the wall is closed up or the covering is installed.
Measurement quality depends on the device, capture and processing. Thin, shiny or obscured pipes may be harder to capture. Check that the model is complete and accurate enough for your intended use.
Open the processed scan in BaumaPortal and share it for coordination. Office staff, installers and other participants can discuss the same documented condition. Existing models can also be exported as GLB files.
