The BaumaScan affiliate program is aimed at companies, service providers and industry partners who would like to actively recommend BaumaScan. As a partner, you have the opportunity to pass on our 3D scanning solution to suitable customers, contacts or interested parties. For successful recommendations, you benefit from attractive commissions and transparent processing. BaumaScan supports your customers in easily capturing rooms, buildings and construction sites in 3D using their smartphone and then managing them digitally. In this way, you create real added value for your target group and at the same time expand your own range of services. Become part of our partner network and grow together with BaumaScan.

After you register as a partner, we will guide you through the onboarding step by step. There you provide all the necessary information so that your commissions can be recorded and paid out correctly

Recommend BaumaScan to others and benefit from every successful referral: If a customer takes out a paid subscription using your link or code, you will receive your commission of 10% of the subscription.

Step 1

How do I access partner management?

After successfully registering in the BaumaPortal, you can find the partner management under the “Subscription” tab at the bottom of the page.

You then start partner onboarding there. For secure processing, we work with Stripe, an established international payment service provider.

During onboarding, you enter the required information about yourself or your company, verify it and submit the data for review. After successful verification, you can enter your account details for the payment of your commission.

Once onboarding is complete, you will gain access to your partner management dashboard.

Step 2

Partner management dashboard

In the partner management dashboard you get an overview of all important information and can download your personalized advertising package. This contains, among other things, your individual QR code, your personal partner link, our logos and other advertising materials with which you can actively promote BaumaScan.

All QR codes and links are linked to your personal partner ID. This means that users who come to BaumaScan through your recommendation are automatically assigned to your partner account.

When a customer you referred completes their first paid order, it appears in your dashboard. You can view your referrals, commissions and payout options there at any time.

Step 3

Commission and payouts

Participation in the BaumaScan partner program is based on an agreement between the respective partner and BaumaScan GmbH, Am Büchele 18, Hofstetten, hereinafter referred to as “BaumaScan”. BaumaScan GmbH is the sole contractual partner for all commission claims. Stripe or Stripe Connect is only used by BaumaScan for the technical processing of onboarding, verification and payment.

The partner receives a commission of 10% of the net subscription amount actually collected for each customer who was clearly referred via their personal partner link, QR code or partner code and then takes out a paid subscription for the BaumaScan product in the BaumaScan web app. What counts is the net payment amount excluding sales tax, discounts, credits, refunds, direct debits or other corrections.

The claim to commission only arises when the payment from the referred customer has been successfully received by BaumaScan and has not been revoked, canceled, rebooked or refunded. The commission also applies to each additional recurring billing period for the same customer as long as the paid subscription is active, the respective payment has been successfully collected and the customer continues to be clearly assigned to the partner.

The prerequisite for the payout is that the partner has completely completed the Stripe Connect onboarding, has entered all the required information correctly and has successfully completed the verification required for payouts. Commissions due are paid out via Stripe to the payout account specified by the partner. The timing and availability of payouts may depend on Stripe's technical processes, checks and payout deadlines.

The partner is responsible for the proper tax treatment of the commissions received. This includes in particular any sales tax obligations, invoicing, bookkeeping and other legal obligations to provide evidence. BaumaScan is entitled to withhold payouts as long as the required information is missing, verification has not been completed or there is suspicion of misuse, manipulation, self-promotion or brokerage that violates the contract.
